Customized Mining Durable High Performance Underground Anfo Explosive Loading Truck

It is a special vehicle and mobile 'micro explosive factory' that integrates raw material transportation, dynamic measurement, on-site mixing and loading. It does not pre produce finished explosives in the factory, but rather mixes and directly loads them into the blast hole in real-time at the blasting operation site based on specific rock conditions and blasting design.

High safety: Raw materials have low sensitivity and are non explosive. Lower cost: eliminates packaging, transit warehouse, and finished product transportation costs. Good blasting effect: density can be adjusted for better crushing. Environmentally friendly and efficient: no packaging waste and greatly improved operational efficiency.

Simply put, it means 'on-demand formula, mix and use'. The vehicle is equipped with an independent raw material warehouse. Through a precise computer control system, several raw materials are accurately measured according to a preset formula and quickly mixed into slurry or emulsion explosives in a mixer. Then, they are directly pumped into the blast hole through a conveying pump and hose.

Its design adheres to the concept of 'intrinsic safety'. The main raw materials do not belong to explosives under normal circumstances, and only become explosives under certain conditions (inside the blast hole). The vehicle is equipped with multiple safety interlock devices, anti-static systems, real-time monitoring, and emergency discharge systems. All operators must hold certificates and strictly comply with safety regulations.
