Guaranty of machines is 12 months. After finishing machines, we will supply video of working machines, also welcome to visit our factory and inspection of machine on site.

Q:Is engineer available for overseas installation?

Our engineer can go to your place for installation of machines, customers need responsible for round-way flight tickets, accommodation and engineer's salary is 100usd/day.

Q:How do you handle broken spare parts?

We can send new spare to you by DHL courier, about 5 to 7 days you can receive them.
