Q:What is the warranty period and how is quality ensured?

Guaranty of machines is 12 months. After finishing machines, we will supply video of working machines, also welcome to visit our factory and inspection of machine on site.

Q:Are engineers available for overseas installation?

Our engineer can go to your place for installation of machines, customers need responsible for round-way flight tickets, accommodation and engineer's salary is 100usd/day.

Q:How do you handle broken spare parts?

We can send new spare to you by DHL courier, about 5 to 7days you can receive them.
