What are your main cable products?

We supply low-voltage & medium-voltage power cables, including copper-core / aluminum-core, armored / unarmored types. Main models: YJV, YJV22, YJLV, YJLV22, YJV22-8.7/15kV high-voltage cables. Flame-retardant versions are available.

Can you customize cable specifications?

Yes. Different cores, cross-sections, flame-retardant grades, special lengths can be customized according to customer requirements. Please provide detailed parameters.

What standards do your cables comply with? Do you have certifications?

Our cables follow GB/T 12706 Chinese national standard and IEC 60502 international standard. We have CCC compulsory certification, ISO9001 quality system certification. CE / RoHS documents can be provided for overseas projects.

What is the difference between armored and unarmored cable?

Accepted Answer

Armored cable with steel-tape armor can resist impact and pressure, suitable for direct burial underground. Unarmored cable is lighter and flexible, only for indoor, cable trench and tray laying, cannot be directly buried.

What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

MOQ depends on cable model and size. Small trial order is acceptable. Please contact our sales for exact MOQ.

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). 30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be further negotiated.

How long is your production lead-time?

Normally 7-15 working days after receiving deposit. Custom-made items need 10-20 working days. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity and specifications.

Which shipping ways can you offer?

For overseas orders: Sea freight, air freight, international express. We can work on FOB, CIF, CFR trade terms. Domestic goods can be delivered by truck.

Can you arrange shipment to our designated forwarder?

Yes, we accept customer-appointed freight forwarder.

How about the cable packing?

Accepted Answer

Cables are wound on strong wooden or steel cable drums. Suitable for long-distance sea & land transportation.

What if quality problem occurs after receiving goods?

Accepted Answer

All products pass strict factory inspection. If confirmed to be manufacturing quality defect, we will provide replacement or compensation according to contract. Damages caused by wrong installation, man-made damage or improper laying are not covered.

Can you provide test report for each batch?

Yes, factory test report can be supplied upon customer request.
