PM-200 is polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (Polymeric MDI), a dark brown liquid isocyanate. It is widely used for rigid PU foam and PIR sandwich panel production.
Q:What color is PM-200?
A:
Dark brown to dark amber transparent liquid. Color may slightly vary batch by batch, it does not affect product performance.
Q:What is its main molecular backbone?
A:
The molecular main chain is composed of methylene linked benzene rings, with isocyanate groups (-NCO) attached to the aromatic ring. It contains a mixture of 2-ring MDI and multi-ring oligomers.
Q:What is the NCO content of PM-200?
A:
Typical NCO content: 30.5~32.0 %.

A:
