Request a quote via our website, email, or direct contact. Provide product info, working conditions, and configuration. Upon confirmation, a Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued for payment and production.
Q:Can an order be modified or canceled post-confirmation?

Before production, contact us immediately for changes. After production begins, modifications or cancellations may incur costs and require negotiation.
Q:What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Other negotiable methods include PayPal, bank drafts, etc. Letters of Credit (L/C) are not accepted.
Q:When is shipment arranged post-payment?

Standard products ship within 5-7 business days after full payment. Customized products require production cycle confirmation before shipment.
Q:What are the shipping methods and freight calculation?
A:
Shipping includes sea freight (FCL/LCL), railway, and multimodal transport. Freight is calculated by volume, weight, destination, and method, detailed in the PI.
