Provide for accurate quotes: Product Information (model, specs, quantity), Working Conditions (air volume, dust characteristics, temperature), and Configuration Requirements. Upon order confirmation, we will provide a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) for approval.

Before Production: Contact us promptly; we usually accommodate changes or cancellations before production starts. After Production: If raw materials are procured or production starts, changes or cancellations may incur costs, requiring negotiation to resolve.

We support secure corporate payment methods, typically including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C). Other methods like PayPal (for small deposits), bank drafts, etc., are negotiable.

Standard Products: Shipment occurs within 5-7 business days after full payment. Customized Products: Production cycle is confirmed separately, and shipment follows full payment. We provide an estimated shipment date and maintain communication throughout.

We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), international railway, and multimodal transport. Freight is calculated based on cargo volume, weight, destination, and method. Detailed quotes are in the PI or via real-time logistics quotes.
