You can request a quote via our website, email, or direct contact. Please provide product model, specifications, quantity, working conditions, and configuration requirements. After confirmation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment and production arrangements.

Modifications or cancellations are possible before production begins. If raw materials have been procured or production has started, changes may incur costs and require mutual negotiation.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a typical 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other methods like PayPal, bank drafts, and Western Union can be negotiated. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).

For standard products, shipment is arranged within 5-7 business days after receiving full payment. For customized products, the production cycle must be confirmed separately, and shipment occurs immediately after full payment.

We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), international railway, and multimodal transport. Freight is calculated based on cargo volume, weight, destination, and shipping method, with detailed quotes provided in the PI or via real-time quotes.
