You can request a quote by leaving a message on our official website, sending an email, or contacting us directly. Please provide product information, working conditions, and configuration requirements. After confirmation, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI).
Q:Can an order be modified or canceled after confirmation?
A:
Before production begins, modifications or cancellations can typically be accommodated. After production starts or materials are procured, changes may incur costs and require mutual negotiation.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We support Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a typical ratio of 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other methods like PayPal, bank drafts, etc., can be negotiated. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).
Q:How long after payment is shipment arranged?
A:
For standard products, shipment is arranged within 5-7 business days after receiving full payment. For customized products, the production cycle is confirmed separately, and shipment follows full payment.
Q:What shipping methods do you offer, and how is freight calculated?
A:
We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), international railway, and multimodal transport. Freight is calculated based on cargo volume, weight, destination, and shipping method, with detailed quotes provided in the PI.
