Before Production: If you need to make changes after order confirmation, please contact us immediately. We can typically accommodate modifications or cancellations before production begins. After Production: If raw materials have been procured or production has started, modifying or canceling the order may incur costs, which will require mutual negotiation to resolve.

The typical payment ratio is 30% deposit after contract signing, and 70% balance before shipment (specific ratios are subject to the contract). We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C). The shipment timeline depends on the order status: Standard Products: After receiving the full agreed payment, we will arrange shipment within 5-7 business days. Customized Products: The production cycle needs to be confirmed separately. Shipment will be arranged immediately after full payment is received.
