Ensure accuracy by providing: Product Information (model, specs, quantity), Working Conditions (air volume, dust characteristics, temperature), and Configuration Requirements. Upon confirmation, we provide a Proforma Invoice for payment and production scheduling.

Before production starts, changes or cancellations are usually accommodated. After production begins or raw materials are procured, changes may incur costs and require negotiation.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), typically 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other methods like PayPal, bank drafts, etc., are negotiable. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).

For standard products, shipment occurs within 5-7 business days after full payment. For customized products, the production cycle is confirmed separately, with shipment following full payment.

We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), international railway, and multimodal transport. Freight is calculated based on cargo volume, weight, destination, and method, with detailed quotes provided in the PI or via real-time logistics.
