We support Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a typical ratio of 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other methods like PayPal, bank drafts, etc., can be negotiated. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).

For standard products, shipment is arranged within 5-7 business days after receiving full payment. For customized products, the production cycle is confirmed separately, and shipment follows full payment.

After dispatch, we will provide the Bill of Lading Number (B/L No.) for sea freight, allowing you to track the shipment on the shipping company's official website.

All products are brand-new and comply with export quality standards. The dust collector unit typically comes with a 12-month free warranty starting from arrival or commissioning. Wear-prone parts have separate warranty terms.
