We provide a 12-month free warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
Q:What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a typical 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept PayPal, bank drafts, and other negotiable methods. Letters of Credit (L/C) are not accepted.
Q:How long does production and shipment take?

Standard products are shipped within 5-7 business days after full payment. Customized products require a separate production cycle confirmation, with shipment arranged immediately after full payment.
Q:Can orders be modified or canceled?
A:
Modifications or cancellations are possible before production begins. If production has started or materials procured, changes may incur costs and require mutual negotiation.
Q:What technical support is provided?
A:
We offer 7x24 remote support via phone, email, or video. We also provide spare parts dispatch and optional on-site service (travel expenses borne by the customer unless under warranty).
