If a new mold is needed, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.

What is the delivery time?

It takes 1-2 weeks to open new molds and make free samples. Mass production takes 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.

What are the payment terms?

For the first order, 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before loading. For future orders, 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance against B/L copy.
