The stem axis is offset from both the disc center and the body center, allowing the disc to quickly disengage from the valve seat after opening.
Reduces unnecessary compression, scraping and friction between the disc and valve seat, lowering wear on the sealing surface.
During closing, the disc presses against the valve seat; the higher the medium pressure, the more stable the sealing performance.
Low friction on the sealing ring during operation enables up to 1 million operating cycles, suitable for high-frequency switching conditions.
The product can meet tight shutoff requirements and is suitable for systems with high sealing-reliability requirements.
Can be matched with a pneumatic actuator for automated control, remote control and fast opening/closing systems.

Q:Are you a trading company or a manufacturer with direct production sources?

We are a professional valve manufacturing factory with independent workshops, CNC production lines and complete pressure & tightness testing equipment. We support in-house production, customized processing and OEM & ODM export without middleman markup.
Q:Can you provide OEM/ODM customization services? Is logo printing available?
A:
Customization is available, including body engraving, logo printing, customized packaging, material upgrade, dimension modification and actuator matching. We can develop new molds strictly according to your drawings and parameter lists.
Q:What qualifications and export certification documents can be provided?
A:
We supply Material Test Certificate (MTC), hydrostatic test report and factory inspection certificate. Certifications like CE, ISO, WRAS, DNV and customs documents including CO, FORM A can be applied upon request.
Q:How should packaging and export transportation be arranged?
A:
Valves are packed with bubble wrap, inner box and export carton or wooden case to avoid damage. We offer FOB port, CIF destination port and DDP door-to-door delivery, with sea freight, air freight and express delivery available.
Q:How long is the product warranty period?
A:
18-month warranty from shipment date or 12 months after installation (whichever comes first). Free spare parts or replacement will be offered for quality defects caused by factory production. Damage from incorrect installation, foreign particle abrasion or over-limit working condition is not covered by warranty.
