Q:What is the lead time for molds and products?
A:
Mold lead time is usually 30-35 days after drawing approval and deposit receipt. For plastic products, we can produce 220-300 pieces per month with one mold.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C. For molds, 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance after sample approval. For products, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Q:Can you provide a free sample?
A:
Yes, we offer one free sample for checking, but the customer needs to cover the freight cost.
Q:What information is needed to get a quote?
A:
If you have drawings, we can quote based on them. If not, you can send a sample or your idea, and we will scan it to assist in developing your project.
Q:What materials are used for the molds and products?
A:
