Q:What do you need to send me a quote on my project?
A:
If you have drawings, we quote based on them. If not, send a sample or idea; we can scan it and assist in developing your project.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
Moulds take 30-35 days after drawing approval and deposit. Plastic products production is 220-300 pcs per month per mould.
Q:What is your payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, Western Union, or L/C. Moulds require 50% deposit and 50% balance after sample approval. Products require 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
Q:Will you send sample for checking?
A:
Yes, we offer one free sample, but the customer must afford the freight cost.
