Q:What is the lead time for mould production?
A:
The mould lead time is usually 30-35 days after the drawing is approved and the deposit is received.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C. For moulds, 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance after sample approval and before dispatch. For products, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Q:Do you provide free samples?
A:
Yes, we offer one free sample for checking, but the buyer needs to afford the freight cost.
Q:What information is needed to get a quote?
A:
If you have drawings, we can quote based on them. If not, you can send a sample or your idea, and we will scan the sample and assist in developing the project.
Q:What materials are used for the moulds?
A:
Mould materials include Aluminum Casting (A356), Billet Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Sheet Metal. Surface finishes can be sandblasting, industrial polish, or mirror polish.
