Yes, custom orders with drawings or samples are acceptable. We can produce vacuum formed special shapes such as burner blocks, peep holes, flanges, sleeves, cones. Please provide drawings, temperature requirement and dimensional tolerance.
Q:What is the maximum temperature resistance of ceramic fiber shaped parts?
A:
Multiple grades available: 1260STD,1260HP,1350HA,1430 zirconia type. Continuous working temperature: 1000~1350Celsius.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
Regular MOQ is 1 pc. MOQ for large complex items or new mold products can be negotiated. Samples are available.
Q:What manufacturing process do you use? Will the product shed powder?
A:
Adopt vacuum forming process with high density and solid structure. It is not easy to powder under normal working conditions. Slight powder on cutting edges is normal.
