We fully adopt imported high-purity virgin Polyphenylene sulfide resin without recycled materials. All sheets and rods are integrally formed by our self-owned twin-screw extruder with consistent performance for every batch. We provide natural general grade, black anti-static modified grade and ceramic-filled wear-resistant grade.
Q:What standard colors are available for Polyphenylene sulfide sheets and rods?
A:
Standard stock colors are natural off-white and black anti-static type. Custom modified colors such as green and grey are available on demand.
Q:What are the core advantages of Polyphenylene sulfide compared with nylon and PEEK?
A:
Compared with nylon: ultra-low water absorption, no deformation under high temperature, strong acid & alkali resistance, inherent V0 flame retardancy. Compared with PEEK: higher cost performance with equivalent chemical resistance, suitable for most electronics and jig applications.
Q:Is anti-static Polyphenylene sulfide coated with conductive paint on surface? Will anti-static performance disappear after polishing/cutting?
A:
It is not surface coating, but integrally modified anti-static material with conductive components evenly mixed inside the substrate. The anti-static function remains completely unchanged after cutting, milling and polishing without coating peeling failure.
