What is the guarantee period and policy?

Products are guaranteed not to be affected by defects in materials or workmanship within 12 months from installation. If a defect is discovered within 15 days and within the 12-month period, the seller will repair or replace the defective part at its own expense.

What are the after-sales service terms?

After installation and training, if the buyer submits a written application, the seller will intervene and provide services. Every time a service is requested, the buyer's technical staff's travel expenses (round trip), board and lodging, and any rental car expenses must be paid, as well as a daily fee of US$150 per technician.
