Our company dispatches skilled technicians to train customer personnel and put the machine into use. The technical staff's air tickets, board and lodging fees, and any car rental costs will be borne by the buyer.

What is the warranty period and coverage?

Products are guaranteed not to be affected by defects in materials and/or workmanship within 12 months from the date of installation. We will repair and/or replace defective parts at our own expense if notified within 15 days of discovery.

What are the after-sales service terms?

If buyer submits a written application, we intervene and provide services. Buyer must pay for technical staff's round-trip travel expenses, board and lodging, rental car expenses, and a daily fee of US$150 per technician.
