Q:How do I measure a box?
A:
The proper sequence is Length X Width X Depth. Place the carton with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
Q:How soon can I get a price quote?
A:
Once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.
Q:How long will it take to receive my products?
A:
As a general rule, it takes 2 weeks to produce custom designed and printed products. Specific times vary: Color boxes 7-10 days, stickers 3-7 days, handmade boxes 15-20 days.
Q:Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
A:
Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging needs.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
The MOQ is 100 PCS for general items, though some specific attributes list 200 PCS. We accommodate orders starting from 100 PCS.
