The proper sequence is Length x Width x Height. Place the carton open end up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Height is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.

Once we know the box style, dimensions, paperboard type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.

Q:Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?

Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to individual customer needs. All boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.

Q:Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs due to high machine setup costs and shipping freight. Ordering a 20'GP or 40'HC container is recommended to reduce unit price and shipping costs.

Q:Can I get a sample?

Yes, samples are available for stock items with a nominal shipping charge. Custom samples based on your artwork are also available but include a fee for the box plus estimated shipping costs. Sample making usually takes a week.
