Q:How do I measure a box?
A:
The proper sequence is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton open end up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
Q:How soon can I get a price quote?
A:
For most projects, once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.
Q:How long will it take to receive my products?
A:
As a general rule, it will take 2 weeks to produce your custom designed and printed products.
Q:Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
A:
Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging needs.
Q:Is there a minimum order requirement?
A:
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 3000 pcs due to high machine setup costs and shipping freight. It is recommended to order a 20'GP or 40'HC container to reduce unit price and shipping costs.
