Q:How do I measure a box?
A:
The proper sequence is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton with the open end up. Length is the longest open end from left to right. Width is the shortest from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
Q:How soon can I get a price quote?
A:
Once we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.
Q:How long will it take to receive my products?
A:
As a general rule, it takes 2 weeks to produce custom designed and printed products. Lead time is 7-10 working days after artwork confirmation.
Q:Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
A:
Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to individual needs. All boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
Q:Is there a minimum order requirement?
A:
Yes, the minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs due to high setup costs. It is recommended to order a 20'GP or 40'HC container to reduce unit price and shipping costs.
