Additionally, please specify other relevant details, including required quantity and any special needs like painting, printing, or assembly.

We expertly craft plastic parts using a diverse range of materials, including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and more. Our rubber parts can be made from NBR, Silicone, etc.

Absolutely! Our skilled engineering team excels in both design and injection feasibility analysis. Upon receiving your design, we thoroughly evaluate its injection viability and identify any potential issues. For instance, if your design includes surplus plastic, which may increase costs and cause sink marks, we will provide feedback before moving forward.

We can produce any color from the Pantone and RAL color systems, ensuring your parts meet your precise color requirements.

What's the lead time for mold creation and production?

Accepted Answer

Samples are typically ready within 30-35 days from the mold order date. Production lead times vary between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the order size.

What is the guarantee on mold lifespan?

Accepted Answer

We offer a lifetime guarantee on molds. Molds typically begin to age after approximately 500,000 shots. If your order reaches this level, we will create a new mold at our expense to ensure continued stable production. Thus, you pay for the mold once, and we manage all production needs thereafter.

Does the mold become our property once fully paid for?

Yes, the mold becomes your property upon full payment. We store and maintain it in-house to fulfill your production requirements. The mold will remain unchanged without your consent, and no third-party production will occur without your permission.

What are your delivery terms?

Our terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As we are based in Ningbo, our nearest port, we can also arrange shipments to other locations at negotiable prices.
