Do you provide samples for finished blinds and fabrics

Accepted Answer

We do not provide free samples.We have 4 fabric sample books: 2025A, 2025B, 2025C, 2026A.Each sample book: USD 50 or CNY 300, deductible from future bulk orders.Finished blinds samples are charged based on fabric cost and actual size.

Do you support dropshipping and small retail orders

Yes, under the following conditions:
Only applicable for our regular inventory fabrics: 2025B (ZJ series), 2025E, limited 2026A. Inventory changes daily, please confirm with service team firstly.
2025B (ZJ): only supports roller & roman, not cordless or motorized
2025E: supports all operation systems
Overseas buyers need to accept international logistics cost and choose suitable shipping method.

How to measure and install finished blinds?

Accepted Answer

For overseas buyers, please measure after full interior decoration finished (paint, wallpaper, wall panels, tiles done). We produce exactly to your given blind size,neither add nor subtract. Problems caused by wrong measurement or installation are not covered by warranty.

How to deduct size for inside / outside mounting?

Accepted Answer

Please confirm mounting type first.
Inside mounting: minimum frame depth 80mm (manual), 150mm (motorized). We do not adjust size unless you specify in advance.

How are finished blinds packed

Small retail manual orders: PET transparent inner box + outer carton
Heavy motorized blinds: plywood case (cost and extra logistics fee not included in standard price, quoted separately)
Bulk wholesale: packing can be negotiated.
