Q:Does Farview Spring offer design or initial assistance on springs?

Our engineers help with design using drawings and advise on lowering production costs. We provide CAD, 3D, and 2D design layouts as well as prototype development.

Q:What is the typical lead time for custom springs?

For compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms in our mold range, delivery is within 25 days. For complex shapes, delivery takes around 30-40 days.

Q:Do you charge for custom spring samples?

The sample charge is a subscription to the formal order and can be refunded when we receive the order. However, if the sample requires an additional mold, we will charge for it.
