Farview Spring manufactures compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms using High-Grade Spring Steel (Carbon, Stainless, Music Wire). All materials comply with European RoHS certification. Wire diameter ranges from 0.001 to 0.075 inches.
Q:Do you support small quantity orders or only large runs?

We manufacture both large quantity and small quantity springs based on your demand. We work with you to choose the most effective solution for your order size.
Q:Does Farview Spring offer design or initial assistance on springs?
A:
Our experienced engineers help with design using drawings, advise on lowering production costs, and provide CAD, 3D, and 2D design layouts as well as prototype development.
Q:What is the typical lead time for custom springs?
A:
For springs in our mold range (compression, extension, torsion, wire forms), delivery is within 25 days. Complex shapes require around 30-40 days.
Q:Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A:
The sample charge is a subscription to the formal order and is refunded when we receive the order. However, if additional molds are required, we will charge for them.
