Q:Which kind of materials are available and do they meet RoHS certification?

We manufacture compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms using High-Grade Spring Steel, Carbon steel, Stainless steel, and Music Wire. All materials comply to the RoHS standard and meet European RoHS certification.
Q:Do you support orders in small quantity or do you only accept large runs?

Farview Spring manufactures both large quantity and small quantity springs based on your demand. We work with you to choose the most effective solution.
Q:Does Farview spring offer DESIGN OR initial ASSISTANCE ON SPRINGS?
A:
Our experienced engineers can help with design using drawings and advise on lowering production costs. We provide drawing formats in CAD, 3D, and 2D design layouts as well as prototype development.
Q:What is the typical lead time for custom springs?
A:
Lead time varies. For compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms within our mold range, delivery is within 25 days. For complex shapes, delivery time is around 30 to 40 days.
Q:Do you charge custom spring samples?
A:
We make the custom springs sample charge as a subscription of formal order. The sample charge could be refunded when we receive the order. However, if your sample requires an additional mold, we will charge it.
