Q:How about the warranty?
A:
If quality problem, three month free replacement for the key parts(Punch, Cylinder and Die). After three month we can help with simple maintenance. If need the replace part will have fee charging and extra shipping cost.
Q:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample, for sample order should pay sample cost and shipping fee as normal, no extra charge.
