Our normal thickness is over 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above.

Q:What colors are available for powder coating?

We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 60-100um.

Q:What is the weather resistance for wood grain finish D1010?

It uses Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film, complying with American AAMA Standard 2603. It passes 1000 hours UV and salt spray tests, with a 10-year color guarantee.
