Q:How can I get a sample?
A:
Samples are free, but you need to pay for the DHL or courier charge. Please specify the size (e.g., A4, 1x2m). If you have a DHL account, we can send samples directly; otherwise, we will calculate the courier charge for you to pay via Western Union, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Q:Can we print our logo on the package?
A:
Yes. Usually, we require a quantity from half to one full container to support this. You will need to pay a new mold cost of about USD 300.00 the first time.
Q:Do you offer OEM products?

Yes, we offer OEM products including customization of color, size, logo printing, and packaging, as per your request.
Q:What is the standard packaging?
A:
The standard package is Kraft paper and a hard tube. The hard tube provides better protection for the goods but comes at a higher cost.
