Q:Are samples free of charge?

Samples are free for customers who confirm an order, but the freight cost for express shipping is borne by the buyer.
Q:Can I mix different sizes in one container for my first order?
A:
Yes, you can combine multiple item sizes in one container, provided that the quantity of each ordered item meets the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Q:What is the normal lead time for production?
A:
For plastic products, goods are sent within 7-10 working days after receiving a 30% deposit. For aluminum products, it takes 25-28 days. For OEM products, it takes 30-35 working days.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit, and the balance is paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy within 25-30 days after departure from the port.
Q:How do you handle quality problems or defects?
A:
If defects are found, please take pictures from the original carton and present claims within 7 working days after container discharge. We will compensate for all losses based on third-party certification or provided evidence.
