AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a factory in Shanghai and is described as an industrial high-tech enterprise with professional research and development capability. Evidence indicates ISO13485:2003, ISO9001:2008, European CE certification, FDA registration, and an MSDS test report, although these claims are company-description statements. The supplier provides 3D design, ODM, OEM, and multiple customization models, and reports launching new products within the past year. Customer complaints are handled through a clear procedure with records, but no written corrective and preventive action procedures or records were found. Production categories are listed, but capacity quantities are not provided. Financial records are referenced for multiple years, but the information does not establish financial strength. Customer names or verifiable case details are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a factory, with a manufacturing plant area of 200.0 m² and registered operations covering multiple product and industry categories. Its location is identified as Shanghai’s Pudong New Area.

CertificationsThe company description states that the supplier has passed ISO13485:2003 quality system certification, European CE certification, American FDA registration, and an MSDS test report, and that products conform to ISO9001:2008 quality management. These certifications and registrations are explicitly claimed in the provided information.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a clear customer-complaint handling procedure with follow-up records and describes client satisfaction as a service objective. However, its corrective and preventive action mechanism has no written procedures or records, indicating a documented weakness in service-improvement controls.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly identifies strong R&D capability, professional technical-supplier status, 3D software design services, ODM capability, and new-product activity during the past year. It also states that it has sophisticated production technology and strong R&D capability, while no SDK is available.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, and full customization, as well as 3D software design and ODM services. This demonstrates broad stated customization coverage.
