Q:What is the standard cycle life of a full set of charging pile molds? What are your mold warranty terms?

Conventional molds can run 500,000 to 800,000 molding cycles. The whole set enjoys 1-year warranty. We provide free repair and spare parts replacement for non-artificial damages during warranty period.

Q:If clients want to adjust product structure after molds are finished, can we revise molds partially or have to build new ones?

Minor changes on appearance and buckles are available via partial cavity revision with low revision cost. Massive adjustments on overall outline or internal structure require brand-new mold development.
