During the manufacturing process, the individual wires and strands are pre-shaped into their final helical form before being twisted together. As a result, when the rope is cut, the strands will not unlay or fly apart. This makes installation much safer and easier, ensures more uniform load distribution, and reduces internal stress to prolong the rope's lifespan.
