Q:What material is the machine made of?
A:
All parts contacting food are SUS304 stainless steel. The frame is also stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standard, easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
Q:Does it support adjustable speed and tumbling time?
A:
Yes. PLC control panel supports setting tumbling rotation speed, working time, pause time, total cycle. It can set continuous tumbling or intermittent tumbling mode.
Q:Can the vacuum level be adjusted?
A:
Yes. Vacuum degree can be set according to different meat types. Normally working vacuum range: -0.06 ~ -0.09MPa.
