Q:Are free samples available?

Yes, if samples are in stock, they can be provided for testing, but you must cover the shipment cost. For customized samples with your logo and designs, please send your designs, advise chip details, quantity, and any other required information.
Q:Can I order with my own logo, size, and shape?

Yes, we offer OEM services for logo printing, size, and shape. Preferred original artwork formats are Adobe Illustrator, PDF, CDR9, or CDRX4. PSD files are also acceptable with a DPI over 300.
