Q:What is the warranty period and do you supply spare parts?

The warranty is one year from the date the equipment arrives at the customer's side. We supply spare parts at the lowest cost.
Q:What happens if the machine breaks down during the warranty?

Structural and mechanical equipment are covered for one year; electric motors for half a year. Wear parts are not covered unless flawed.

30% deposit via T/T in advance, and the 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
