Q:What is the warranty period and do you supply spare parts?

One year (calculated from the equipment arriving at the customer's side). We supply spare parts at the lowest cost.
Q:What happens if the machine breaks down during the warranty?
A:
The warranty covers structural and mechanical equipment for one year and electric motors for half a year. Wear parts are not covered unless flawed.
Q:What are your payment terms?

30% deposit in T/T advance, 70% balance before shipment.
