Q:What is the warranty period and do you supply spare parts?

The warranty is one year from the equipment's arrival at the customer's side. We supply spare parts at the lowest cost.
Q:What happens if the machine breaks down during the warranty?

Structural and mechanical equipment are covered for one year. Electric motors are covered for half a year. Wear parts are not covered unless flawed.

30% deposit in T/T advance, 70% balance before shipment.
