Both models adopt 3.0kW power, 1420r/min speed, 200kg/h output and 90%+ shell breaking rate. The windless model (153kg) is cost-effective with simple structure for primary shell breaking; the wind separation model (190kg) is equipped with built-in winnowing system, which can automatically separate shells and kernels to get pure moringa kernels directly.

Standard 220V single-phase household voltage, 3.0kW motor power, no industrial three-phase electricity needed, very suitable for farm and small workshop use. We also support customized 60Hz voltage for overseas markets.

Stable output over 200kg per hour, shell breaking rate can reach more than 90%. The machine features stable operation and high efficiency, much better than traditional small shelling equipment.

Only for fully dried moringa seeds with moisture content of 9%-12%. Too wet seeds will cause machine blockage, reduce shell breaking efficiency and increase kernel breakage rate.

Low shelling rate: Rotate the main turntable clockwise to narrow the internal gap; high kernel breakage: Rotate counterclockwise to enlarge the gap; low output: Adjust the hopper baffle to increase uniform feeding volume.
