This geometric design ensures that particles only have a two-point line contact at the slot surface, allowing them to pass through completely or stay out, which entirely eliminates particle jamming and clogging.
Q:What is the minimum slot size precision you can achieve?
A:
With our advanced automated resistance welding technology, we can achieve high-precision slot sizes down to 0.02 mm (20 microns) with very strict tolerances, meeting the demands of fine chemical and precise water treatment applications.
Q:How do I determine the flow direction (FOTI or FITO) for a cylinder screen?
A:
FOTI means flow goes from Outside to Inside, where the flat surface of the V-wire is on the exterior. FITO means flow goes from Inside to Outside, placing the flat filtering surface on the interior. We customize the orientation based on whether your system uses an external backwash or internal scraper.
