Yes. For uneven or premium hard surfaces like marble and stone, we provide customized length threaded stainless steel studs along with spacer sleeves. This allows the sign letters to "float" uniformly at a set distance (typically 1-3cm) away from the uneven background, smoothing out surface defects and maximizing the quality of the ambient halo reflection.

SUS304 is our standard heavy-duty material, providing excellent rust-proof durability for typical urban and inland environments. For extreme marine environments, coastal boardwalk shops, or cities with heavy industrial acid rain, we strongly recommend upgrading to marine-grade SUS316 stainless steel, which features added molybdenum for ultimate resistance against chloride corrosion and salt spray.

During installation, individual power leads pass through small holes drilled directly behind each letter (mapped out by our 1:1 paper template) into the back of the drywall, wood panel, or facade structure, where they tie into a central bus wire leading to the transformer. For solid concrete walls where drilling behind every letter is impossible, we can manufacture a custom architectural metal raceway backing panel to house and conceal all wiring cleanly inside.
