AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company with a valid import/export license, ISO 9001 certification, and product coverage spanning PVC banners, coated fabrics, vinyl, boards, acrylic sheets, and related textile materials. It reports export markets across Eastern Europe, Oceania, Western Europe, and Africa, with Shanghai as the nearest port. Customization is available from samples, designs, and full or minor specifications. However, the evidence is inconsistent regarding company size: one description states more than 200 workers and a complete manufacturing system, while another records six employees. The supplier has no stated new-product launches in the past year, only one R&D engineer, no ODM, SDK, or well-known-brand OEM capability, and no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation. Service-management procedures, approved-supplier records, corrective-action procedures, and complaint-handling procedures are not documented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company with no larger-company affiliation. Its business spans manufacturing and processing, packaging and printing, textiles, construction and decoration, and related product categories including PVC flex banners, coated fabrics, vinyl, boards, acrylic sheets, and textile fabrics.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO 9001 certification. This is explicit evidence of a certified quality-management system, although no other certifications are provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that its manufacturing system includes after-sales service, but it has no written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or effective customer-complaint handling. The documented service-management capability is therefore deficient despite the stated presence of after-sales service.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports one R&D engineer, no new products launched in the past year, no ODM service, no available SDK, and no professional technical-supplier R&D capability. These explicit limitations indicate weak innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a complete manufacturing system with production-line, QC, and after-sales functions, ISO 9001 certification, and six to ten quality-control staff. However, company-size information conflicts: one slice states more than 200 workers while another records six employees; production capability is supported, but scale is unclear.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. This provides direct evidence of broad customization capability despite the absence of 3D software design services.
