Q:Will this fit my rack, and can it be mounted facing either way?

It is a 1U panel for standard EIA 19 inch rack rails, so it fits a 19 inch rack or cabinet, and it can be mounted facing into or out of the rack depending on which side you are dressing. Tell us your rail type if you are fitting it to a non standard enclosure and we will check the fit.
Q:Can I add or remove cables without disturbing the rest of the rack?
A:
Yes. The finger duct has a hinged front cover that opens upward or downward, so you reach the runs without taking the cover off, and the cover detaches completely when a whole bundle has to be added or pulled. That is what keeps moves, adds and changes from turning into a full re-dress.
Q:How many cables can it actually hold?
A:
