Yes, sample fee is charged but can be refunded after placing a bulk order of more than 500pcs.

Based on the product itself, plz kindly check with the merchadiser when needed.

Mostly there are adequate stock, can be delivered 4-7 working days.

Q:Does your compay charge for OEM sample?

Mostly we don't. when we get a design picuture, drawing, or a sample from the buyer for OEM, we firstly will quote a price roughly, once the buyer accept the price, my company will start to make a sample for approval. But if it's a complicated products, we will tell buyer how much should be charged, it is the buyer's decision to whether make a sample or not.

Q:What if I receive the bulk productions, and found that the goods are damaged and missing some?

Rarely will this happened, but if for some reasons it happened, firstly the buyer needs to take videos and pictures of the damaged goods and missing quantity. Once my company check in our side and find our mistakes, my company will compensate for damaged goods and missing packages.
