Q:Which file format for printing is suitable?

The resolution would be better to be 300 DPI, the file format can be TIFF, JPG, PDF, PSD etc. For the big file, you can send us through wetransfer for free.
Q:Can we embroidered Logo on the surface upon eyemasks?

Normally the silk in solid color can be made embroidered, for pattern printed silk, we suggest to have your logo made into woven label sticthed along the border piping, or just put the printed logo on the surface.
Q:If you make the woven label around the head band, should it be slide towards one side?
A:
We adopt the sticthing methods to make the woven label fixed in the center of the band.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
Gernerally the MOQ is 10 pcs per design for pattern printed style, while for solid color, the MOQ is better to be 20 pcs, as the cost for dyeing ink is the fixed amout of volume.
Q:Which package do you prepare for the product?
A:
Common package is to have one pc eyemask into one silk bag, then into a gift box if you required.
